Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on a monthly basis. Meetings are generally held the 2nd Monday of every month at 6pm at the school. Meeting dates/times are subject to change. Meeting dates/times are posted on your child's class calendar every month. (On occassion board meeting dates are accidentally left off the class calendars - if this is the case please ask your child's teacher when the next meeting is scheduled.) You can also check the calendar that is posted to the website. We encourage and welcome parents to attend! Your suggestions, feedback and input is very important to us!

Board Meetings generally last 1 - 1 1/2 hours. In general, discussions include the following topics:

• Classroom topics
• Fundraising
• Registration Updates
• Financial Updates
• Overview of recent events
• Ideas and planning for upcoming events

Our next Board Meeting will be on Tuesday, August 12th @ 8:15pm.
